Jerrod Johnson, CPP, has been a physical security professional for over 19 years, and has worked for some of the nation’s most iconic retail brands, including Target, Best Buy, and PetSmart Stores. Jerrod is a broad-based physical security technology expert, having a hand in the development of some of the world’s largest digital video platforms, and is known for re-inventing the security value proposition through the introduction of technology-based business solutions.
Keith Jones is the former Director of Corporate Security at The Charles Stark Draper Laboratories, Inc., where he led security operations as a prime contractor for the Trident Weapons System, the U.S. and Britain’s primary submarine-launched nuclear ballistic missile fleet. Throughout his career, Keith has provided security solutions for more than 500 National Security programs classified up to the Top-Secret level. He has delivered holistic security programs that align with company strategy, reduce and eliminate risk, and derive significant bottom line savings.
Patricia Ketchum recently retired from a 30-year career at Fidelity Investments, a multinational financial services corporation. She held many roles, including Senior Director of Finance for Corporate Security and Risk Oversight. Here, she assisted the senior team in planning and ensuring that the security organization was well positioned to provide the firm with a top-notch security program offering information security expertise, disaster recovery, investigations and other proprietary services.
Dan Sauvageau retired from Fidelity Investments in 2019 as Senior Vice President of Global Security Operations after a 28-year career with the company. At Fidelity, he served in a variety of senior security roles including Chief Security Officer, where he was directly responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of a 300+ person global proprietary team of security professionals, comprised of Operations, Investigations, Due Diligence and Background Vetting functions providing a comprehensive array of security, safety, and investigative services for 43,000 global employees with a $50M operating and capital expense budget.
Keith VanDevelde is an expert in secondary/open-source research, issue monitoring and investigations. For almost 20 years, he helped Target Corporation build and lead intelligence programs related to security, reputation, activism and corporate governance risks. Having served a broad range of corporate areas, he brings a unique understanding of how security risks align with brand/reputation and corporate governance risks, as well as the larger organization. He is also versed in catering insights and messaging to diverse corporate audiences at all levels, including the C-suite and board of directors.
Ken Wengert is an environmental, health and safety (EHS) professional with more than 30 years of experience in the development and implementation of EHS and risk management systems. He brings extensive experience with sustainability, property protection, workers’ compensation and business continuity planning. Mr. Wengert developed the safety and risk management system used at Kraft Foods for more than 20 years. Through continuous improvement of the process, tools, and a focus on consistent implementation across the organization, the system delivered world-class safety results.
