Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough investigations of Technology-related security events and incidents.
• Coordinate and partner with Technology and Cybersecurity teams performing technical and forensic review of systems in response to incidents, inquiries or investigations across MCO, relating to IT or cybersecurity activity.
• Partner with Technology and Cybersecurity teams to gather learnings from the investigation lifecycle and use them to drive enhancements to our awareness and education initiatives, and identify, prioritize and mature processes and controls.
• Conduct interviews of subjects of investigations and other relevant parties.
• Review IT related records, e-communications, and other digital evidence to assess potential violations of MCO policies.
• Provide regular updates on the status of ongoing IT and Cybersecurity investigation activities to relevant Executive and Senior leaders.
• Lead or assist in other Compliance investigations, as necessary, including matters involving the potential improper disclosure of information, conflicts of interest, complaints, and/or ratings process concerns or issues.
• Write detailed investigation reports and supervise others in investigation report writing.
• Track investigation files and investigation related documents.
• Assist in the production of investigation related information for regulatory reporting and reviews.
• Assist in preparation of periodic Compliance reports for internal use and Board reporting.
Skills and Competencies
• Knowledge of IT and cybersecurity related systems, products, and risks, including maintaining ongoing awareness of the current and evolving cyber threat landscape and relevant laws, rules, and regulations, including applicable region specific laws, rules and regulations.
• Strong understanding of insider threat and cybercrime tactics, techniques, and procedures.
• At least 8+ years of relevant investigation experience, including significant experience conducting IT and/or cybersecurity investigations.
• Ability to digest and analyse investigations data and create reports.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in resolving complex matters.
• Strong analytical, planning and interviewing skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to interact with senior management.
• Effectively communicate complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be highly organized and have great attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.

College degree required; Law Degree preferred.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $163,300 - $236,800, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
