Scope of Position
Manage the development, oversight and execution of security operations programs and initiatives for Applied Materials at the site level. This role requires a unique combination of security/safety expertise coupled with deep program management and strategic initiatives development experience.
Key Accountabilities
• Budget / results accountability for assigned projects, programs and initiatives
• Manage the development of Applied Materials Security & Business Resiliency Program and related capabilities implementation
around Federal Programs, guard force services deployment, investigations, events security, and emergency preparedness at our
Santa Clara campus.
• Set site security operations expectations and oversee implementation of all contract security services.
• Oversee the implementation of physical security standards for our Santa Clara campus.
• Works cross-functionally to develop KPI’s & SLA’s in areas of responsibility
• Leverage internal case management system to ensure proper staffing deployment
• Work cross-functionally to develop and implement security awareness and training programs with partner stakeholders at our
Santa Clara campus.
• Other strategic initiatives / projects as needed

• Knowledge of estimating and cost associated with various system applications
Experience
• 10+ years’ experience in similar roles within corporate security, law enforcement, or military organizations.
• Expertise in program development and management / strategic planning & initiatives

U.S. Salary Range:
$148,000.00 - $203,500.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
