This tool is designed to give the user a "snapshot" of their current total compensation compared to the market.
By entering your total compensation, defined as annual base, annual bonus paid and long term incentive paid annually, the tool will provide a percent of your total compensation in comparison to the current market value (weighted average) based on The Foushée Group's 2020 Security & Compliance Survey data results.
For example if you enter you total compensation and the tool shows 80%, this means your total compensation is 80% of the market target. If the tool shows 105%, your total compensation is 105% of the market target.
