Mike Jessee

Mike Jessee serves as Senior Vice President at EssilorLuxottica, where he leads enterprise initiatives across asset protection, investigations, and operational risk management. In this role, he focuses on safeguarding people, protecting brand integrity, and advancing business performance through integrated security and asset protection strategies.

Mike brings more than two decades of leadership experience across retail, corporate security, and law enforcement. He has played a key role in building and scaling asset protection and security programs across North America, with a focus on aligning security initiatives to broader business objectives.

Prior to his current role, Mike served as Vice President of Asset Protection for North America at EssilorLuxottica, where he led efforts to reduce loss, improve inventory accuracy, and strengthen operational performance. His leadership emphasizes collaboration across functions, positioning security as a partner in driving profitability and operational efficiency.

Earlier in his career, Mike served as a Detective with the City of Mason, bringing investigative expertise and a disciplined approach to risk management that continues to shape his leadership.

Mike holds an Executive MBA from Ashland University, a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Xavier University, and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Adrian College.

Mike is recognized for translating security and asset protection into measurable business outcomes, particularly in complex retail environments where performance, risk, and customer experience intersect.
