Jody Woenker
Jody Woenker serves as Senior Director of Global Security and Chief Security Officer at Elanco, where he leads global security strategy for a multinational organization operating across a complex regulatory environment. In this role, he is responsible for protecting people, assets, and intellectual property while advancing a comprehensive, enterprise-wide security program.
Jody brings extensive experience across corporate security, industrial security, and compliance, with deep expertise in counterintelligence, insider threat management, and special programs. Prior to joining Elanco, he held senior leadership roles at Raytheon and ITT Exelis, where he led security operations across multiple facilities, countries, and highly regulated environments.
Throughout his career, Jody has demonstrated a strong ability to integrate security with broader business functions, including facilities and operations, creating efficiencies and strengthening organizational alignment. He has also led the development of ethics and compliance programs and ensured adherence to complex regulatory requirements.
Jody holds an MBA from Indiana Institute of Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, and an Associate degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision. He has also completed executive education through the Wharton School and Northwestern University.
