Ante Gaspar
Ante Gaspar serves as Vice President of Corporate Security and Integrity at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, where he leads global security strategy across a multinational operating environment. In this role, he is responsible for protecting critical assets, enabling business continuity, and aligning security programs with enterprise strategy.
Ante brings more than 20 years of international security leadership experience, with a strong track record of building integrated security functions across diverse regions. His expertise spans corporate security, crisis management, and enterprise risk, with a focus on embedding security into broader organizational priorities.
Prior to joining Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, Ante held several leadership roles at Teva Pharmaceuticals, including Regional Security Officer for Europe, where he oversaw multi-country security operations. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Axel Springer and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, gaining experience across both corporate and hospitality sectors.
He is known for his ability to lead across cultures and organizational levels, effectively communicating security priorities and driving alignment with business leadership in complex international environments.
Ante is actively engaged in the global security community. He has held various leadership roles within ASIS International Germany Chapter, is a member of the International Security Management Association (ISMA) and has been an active contributor to the Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC) for many years. He currently serves as President of VSW Berlin-Brandenburg, a regional security association for professionals focused on corporate security, risk, and resilience.
Ante completed his education in Germany with a focus on business and commerce and continues to invest in professional development aligned with global security challenges. He is widely recognized for integrating security into the fabric of the organization, ensuring it operates as a coordinated, business-aligned function that supports performance across global markets.
