Primary Purpose:
The Security Zone Investigations Senior Manager supervises, manages, directs and leads teams of Zone Investigators at multiple properties to conduct and document thorough investigations across the enterprise. This position will be responsible for the implementation of investigation standards in the timely completion of administrative and criminal investigations, identify and prioritize investigations, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to protect company assets and provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement standardization of investigations through oversight and management of investigative teams at multiple properties. Review and approve final investigative reports for consistent, accurate and thorough reporting. Through coordination with the Security COE, align resources to identify and prioritize investigations.
- Lead and champion investigative teams through change culture and provide oversight, support and accountabilities.
- Develop plans for identifying and reporting trends and vulnerabilities through data analysis to proactively prepare investigative responses to mitigate risk.
- Utilize BI Dashboards and available technology to manage data and create timely and comprehensive reports to inform Security Leadership and stakeholders of case status.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent education and experience.
- 2+ years of investigative experience in law enforcement or corporate security.
- Working knowledge and understanding of legal statutes and regulations.
- Leadership experience managing teams and developing policy and process for efficiencies.
- Experience in managing multiple investigations simultaneously and building comprehensive investigative case files.
